Home Pro Leads is an assumed name of The Kreativ Network LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (“Home Pro Leads,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We are a lead generation company headquartered in Clinton Township, Michigan, that connects consumers seeking home improvement, repair, or related contractor services (“homeowners” or “consumers”) with contractors and service providers in our network (“contractors”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit our websites, fill out a form, call us, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using our Services or submitting your information through any of our forms, advertisements, landing pages, or partner sites, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to consumers who submit information requesting contractor services and to contractors who purchase leads or services from us. It does not apply to the privacy practices of any third-party contractor, advertiser, marketing partner, or website that we are not directly operating. Once a lead is delivered to a contractor, that contractor's own privacy practices will govern their use of your information.

• Project details (type of work requested, project scope, budget range, timeline, property type, homeowner status)

• IP address and approximate geolocation
• Device identifiers, browser type, and operating system
• Referring URL, pages visited, and time spent on pages

• TrustedForm, Jornaya LeadiD, or similar lead-verification tokens used to document consent

• Marketing partners, publishers, and lead aggregators that direct consumers to us

• Match consumers with contractors in our network who provide the requested services

• Provide reporting, analytics, and account management to contractors who purchase leads from us

04How we share your information

Because we are a lead generation company, sharing your information is a core part of our Services. We may share personal information as follows:

• With Contractors. When you submit a request for services, we share your information with one or more contractors in our network so they can contact you about your project. The number of contractors who receive your information depends on the form you complete and the disclosures provided at the time of submission. You may be contacted by multiple contractors.
• With Service Providers. We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, call tracking, lead verification, CRM, email/SMS delivery, and payment processing. These vendors are contractually obligated to protect your information.
• With Marketing Partners. We may share information with marketing partners, publishers, or co-registration partners consistent with the disclosures provided at the point of collection.

05TCPA consent and communications

By submitting your contact information through our forms or otherwise providing your phone number to us, you expressly consent and agree to be contacted by Home Pro Leads and one or more contractors in our network, including by autodialed and/or prerecorded calls and text messages, at the telephone number you provided, regarding your project request and related services. You understand that:

• Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

• You may receive multiple calls or texts from us and from contractors.
• You may revoke consent at any time by following the opt-out instructions below.

06Cookies and tracking technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, session replay tools, and similar technologies to operate our sites, measure performance, attribute marketing activity, and personalize content. 07Do Not Track
